Ryan Keith Dudenbostel

Welcome to RyanDudenbostel.com! I am a conductor, arranger, clarinetist, and educator recently relocated to Los Angeles from New York City, where I served as a preparation and cover conductor at the Manhattan School of Music for three seasons. As a clarinetist, I regularly appeared as a substitute musician for the Tony-Award-winning revival of South Pacific at Lincoln Center, and have also performed with the Civic Opera of Kansas City and Kansas City Puccini Festival. In June, 2011, I collaborated with my wife, singer-actor Heather Dudenbostel on a two-week, fully-staged, New York run of Ricky Ian Gordon's Orpheus and Euridice, a dramatic song cycle for clarinet, soprano and piano.

Outside of performance, I am also an experienced arranger, orchestrator, and copyist. Please visit my Arranging page to learn more and see examples of my work.
